In muddy environments, especially in places like oil fields and coal mines where heavy vehicles operate frequently, matting boards are indispensable infrastructure. In regions such as Indonesia, robust and sharp-track plates are commonly used. However, during prolonged rainy seasons, the ground often becomes extremely muddy, placing higher demands on the performance of matting board.
To address this, we have specially designed a kind of strength matting board with hollow core structure. The internal cavities significantly enhance overall buoyancy, allowing them to effectively distribute loads even when laid on extremely soft and muddy surfaces. This prevents deformation or breakage, ensuring stable and safe passage for heavy equipment.
Size of our heavy duty matting board:
4200x2200x108mm,including the height of pattern.
Material :Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE).
Loading capacity : 660psi.
Bending strength:1200psi.
Connection method:Interlocking pin with solid overlapping flange
Feature:Anti Static (Static Dissipative),UV protection,fire resistance.
Ability to operate: Heavy duty heavy equipment that has tracks such as: dozers, cranes, excavators, and rig equipment that are in wet, muddy,and other soft soil conditions.
Test report:Meeting the bending test with ASTM D790 standard and compressive test with result of 660psi.
Our matting board can be ensured that has a safe and secure lifting design attached to the product to ensure safe operation during the installation and dismantling process.
