The story of Xinxing Group began in 1989. For over three decades, we have adhered to our focus on material technology and innovation, completing a leap from a local factory to a national industrial leader.
1989, Laying the Foundation:
The group’s predecessor, "Xinxing Light Industry Machinery Factory," was established in Ningjin, Shandong, with an initial workshop area of approximately 10,000 square meters. Starting with the research, development, and production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) products, we laid a solid technological and technical foundation for our future growth.
2005, Strategic Upgrade:
To accommodate rapid development, the group’s headquarters and main production base were relocated to the Ningjin Economic Development Zone. This move achieved a comprehensive upgrade in production environment, management systems, and production capacity, opening a new chapter in the group’s corporate and modernized operations.
2013 and 2019, Production Capacity Leap:
The group successively built its third and fourth production bases. Notably, the fourth base, which commenced operations in 2019, covers an area of 66,600 square meters and is equipped with industry-leading large-scale production equipment. This marks our entry into the top tier of domestic manufacturing capabilities and scale.
2020, Expanding into North China:
Through the strategic acquisition of a factory in Hebei Province, the group successfully expanded its production base network into North China. This formed a strategic layout covering East China and North China, enhancing the stability of the national supply chain and market responsiveness.
2025, Achieving Industry Leadership:
Shdong Dezhou Polyethylene New Materials Industrial Park was officially completed，at that time, Shandong Skyguards Engineering Materials Co.,Ltd, the largest factory of the XINXING Group, was completed and put into operation.By this point, Xinxing Group has established a comprehensive production base network spanning Shandong, Hebei, and other regions. With unparalleled production capacity, internationally advanced technical equipment, and full-industry chain integration advantages, we have rightfully become one of China's largest polyethylene product production bases.
